Sustainable Communities Fund Allocation Panels

Are you an enthusiastic and passionate member of your local community? Pacific Hydro invites you to help us assess applications to the Ararat, Clements Gap, and Great South West Sustainable Communities Funds.

All eligible applications are reviewed by this fair and transparent panel process, which ensures local community involvement in how funds are allocated.

The Panels will meet in late August/Early September 2018 with one convened for each Sustainable Communities Fund area.

The Panels consist of a local council representative, members of the local community, and Pacific Hydro staff.

Panel members are required to complete between 1-2 days of reading; and attend the Panel meeting itself, which normally lasts around two hours. Community members of the panel will be provided with a gift card in appreciation of their service.

Please note that prospective panel members cannot be a member of a local community group, if that organisation has also applied to this year’s Fund.

Fund allocation panels will take place on the following dates:

  • Clements Gap, Crystal Brook – Tuesday, 28 August 2018
  • Ararat – Thursday, 30 August 2018
  • Great South West, Port Fairy – Tuesday, 4 September 2018
  • Great South West, Portland – Wednesday, 5 September 2018

2018 panel members have been selected. However, if you would like to represent your community on your local Fund Allocation Panel in the future, please contact us at enquiries@pacifichydro.com.au.
