Fund Allocation Panels
Are you an enthusiastic and passionate member of your local community?
All eligible applications are reviewed through a fair and transparent panel process, which ensures local community involvement in how funds are allocated.
The Panels for Ararat, Clements Gap and the Great South West will meet in late August/Early September 2019 with one convened for each fund area.
- Clements Gap – Wednesday, 21 August 2019
- Ararat – Wednesday, 4 September 2019
- Great South West, Portland: Wednesday, 11 September 2019
- Great South West, Port Fairy: Thursday, 12 September 2019
The Panels consist of a local council representative, members of the local community, and Pacific Hydro staff.
Panel members are required to complete between 1-2 days of reading; and attend the Panel meeting itself, which normally lasts around three hours. Community members of the panel will be provided with a gift card in appreciation of their service.
If you would like to represent your community on your local Fund Allocation Panel, please read the Terms of Reference, then complete and return the Expression of Interest Form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that prospective panel members cannot be a member of a local community group, if that organisation has also applied to this year’s Fund.
