Pacific Hydro named Employer of Choice in national award
The national HR Leadership Awards for
2009 has named Pacific Hydro as the winner of the Employer of
Choice for companies with fewer than 1000 employees.
The award recognises Pacific Hydro's
efforts to implement programs that build a healthy and productive
workplace and is recognition of the Company's internal focus on
building a high performing culture, ensuring staff have access to
the high quality professional development opportunities and
supporting continual improvement of management practises across the
business.

goals", said Pacific Hydro CEO, Rob Grant.

Pacific Hydro has grown rapidly since
its inception in 1993. Over the past five years alone the company
has doubled in size and in the next five to ten years it will need
to at least a double again if it is to achieve is business
goals.
